Even if he is right, it won't be based on anything other than blind hatred for DT/love for CCM. He's not making those statements based on logic or even past performance.

EVER. Have rules changed in the last few years? It's almost like the "commits" can get out of their obligation if the coach changes. I don't see any point in them signing early since it apparently doesn't mean anything!

We kept Bray from walking. How did that work out for us.

Ambles we did not keep and went to Lane's World...Not good, he would have done better here with Dooley... Will play for Houston this year.

Didn't realize we fired Cuonzo but oh well. You want to bash our fans but you are taking a low blow on how our coach looks? You're childish. Go root for Cal. You are bashing Tyndall on making the tourney once? Well that's false you clown he made it twice at Morehead State. I guess you've never been to Morehead before but I live about 30 min or so from there and the place is a small dump and he recruited and developed Kenneth Faried there. Took over a southern miss team and ead them too the most wins in the history of their program. Please GTFO!

I like the fact that we'll have a new system and faces, I really do. I hoping for the best and you just never know, I would like to see teams like Florida and UK have down years and see UT rise above the rest......

BTO, the bottom line is this, CDT is right. If they can't or won't do the workout like he wants it done then bye. He doesn't have time to deal with players who don't do it his way. He's the coach, they are the players. The players do not run the show. Any GOOD coach knows this.

I don't think the national perception is that CCM was fired or forced out. Outside the "compound" of East Tn I think the perception is that he was not appreciated after the SW16 run and decided to pack his grips and head west. The petition to bring Pearl back was blatantly the wrong thing to do, but it worked on one end for those who wanted CCM gone. So now there is Coach Tyndall. If his record isn't any better in 3 yrs it will be interesting to see if another petition will arise.

I'm moving on, I will stop sharing info I have as I have no sources and simply throw $hit against a wall.

Enough cluttering the threads, my opinion is known, with that said I hope Tyndall brings in the best class possible and wins 27 games like he did at Southern Miss.

At the end of the day I don't care who the coach is or how he gets it done, wins/losses will decide their future.

Have you so quickly forgot how badly we treated CCM. We offered a 1/2 million dollar a year raise and kept on filling TBA game after game. It was awful.

1-2 career ncaa tourny recond in 9 years. One win. Took over ncaa tourny team and led them to 2 nit's. And like it or not coaches need to look good in a suit nowadays. Not like Chazz Bono doing the rumba. And since you live in a dump like Morehead, you should know how many ncaa wins he had. one six years ago.

Don't let facts get in the way of your childish rant. CDT made it to the 3rd round in the 2010-11 season. Pretty sure that takes two NCAAT wins to accomplish.

1.3 million salary+1.6 million buyout=2.9 million guaranteed
contract. 1.8 million salary+1 million buyout=2.8 million guaranteed contract. Explain to me how 2.8million is 500 thousand more then 2.9 million. Is that the new common core math? Ever hear of something called a petition?

I think the 3rd round now means only one win.

Nonetheless, he is spouting off stuff that he knows nothing about. What has Morehead done since then? How many players did USM return in his first season? Did he realize that he broke a school record in wins at USM this past year? He beat Rick Pitino at Morehead State- that alone is an accomplishment.

I like facts too 2010-2011 morehead state lost by 17 to #12 seed Richmond 65-48 in the round of 32. They count the first four as round one. Which Morehead State wasn't in. Bringing his career ncaa record to an impressive 1-2 for his 9 year career.

Lmao you do realize that Cuonzo took over a 6 time tourney team and took them too two NIT's with an awesome record of 39-28 his first two years...CDT took over a tourney team and not only improved the number of wins the previous years team had he had the most wins in the history of Southern Miss basketball. CDT went 56-17 in two years at USM and Cuonzo went 61-41. So in two years CDT was 5 wins shy of tying how many wins Cuonzo got in 3. You are a troll man. And if you could read I said I live about 30 min from Morehead, not in Morehead.

The buyout is only 'guaranteed' if you get your arse fired dill weed. I guess you and Cuonzo were figuring on him getting canned if he stayed here. If he was confident he could get it done, then he would have stayed. Its jackwagons like you that get on here and just spot random crap that cause problems. CDT is 0-0 at Tennessee. It may work out. It may not. But your insistence that he won't is just silly at this point. It is unknowable today. In 3-4 years, we will know if you are right or wrong. Other than that, this is just a hissy fit. BTW, the Chaz Bono comment was honestly the most childish thing I had ever seen on a message board... until you defended it, which was even moreso.
