I say we should hire Jim Chaney! He has the highest winning percentage of any TN Head Coach (1.000). after Dooley was fired.

GO VOLS!!!

brohm: Not leaving Purdue after 1 yr.
Mullen: Getting paid plenty of money with ZERO pressure.
If Arkansas fires Beliema that is where Kiffin goes. Boy would he like to be the reason saban calls it quits.

I agree that money would not likely sway Mullen, or any coach already making multi-milions, especially in a job you like with little pressure. But what could sway him is going to a school where he has a legitimate chance to win some kind of championship, and he is still young enough to have the competitive drive to pick up and take a shot somewhere else. He is not going to win the West, so he will not get to play in Atlanta if he stays at MSU. MSU will always be behind the other 6 West schools in recruiting. I he has the desire to compete for championships, he will look for a program that offers that. And he has considered other offers in recent seasons so I think he really does want to win championships. Whether he would want to do that here would be the question. But I hope Currie does ask him about his interest, assuming that hasn't already happened.

Y'all could probably get Kirby or Saban if you threw enough money at them.

Don’t wants Kirby. He is having 1 good year with elite talent. Didn’t do anything with it last year. He even lost to Butch.

Ask me again in 3 years maybe I will have changed my mind.

Since Mullen is rumored to be on our list. And apparently Kevin Sumlin is soon to out at A&M. Then there is Gus Malzahn who is rumored to be out if he loses to both Bama and Georgia. And of course we know our white whale, Jon Gruden. IMO there will be heavy consideration give to prior SEC experience when it comes to deciding our next coach. So if we just had these four which do you prefer.

Prefer? Man, we can prefer in one hand while we crap in another. It don't take a mathematical genius to figure out which one stays empty and which one fills up fast.

None of the above. Within a year the rock would call for each of them to be fired, including Gruden.
