Current Player's Thoughts on Dooley...

They had a five game losing streak where they were outscored by a total of 23 points. I saw this listed...

A good chunk of this offseason will have to be spent simply recovering from a brutal season that saw the Bulldogs lose key player after key player to injury. During the team’s 24-16 near upset at LSU on Nov. 14, the team had 18 freshmen and sophomores listed on its two-deep chart due to injuries

One more thing, their TE was choosen as the Top TE of the nation by College Performance Football Awards and he was a All-American

He obviously doesn't know much about strength and conditioning. Otherwise, all those players would not have been hurt.

#Vols LB, captain Nick Reveiz on Dooley: "From the very first second, you could see how personable he was."

This quite possibly may be the dumbest thing i've read all week.

No offense to the stupid.

Wes also said DD wouldn't be opposed to running a 3-4 defense, like the one's he learned from Saban...Interesting.

I'm serious, you can always blame failure on injuries -- the kicker had a hang nail on his kicking foot or something like that. Leaders overcome adversity.

I'm not happy with the hire, maybe I will get over it.

I was talking about the fact that he must not know strength and conditioning because they had injuries. Injuries happen no matter how prepared you are.

What would you say was the reason for UT's injuries this year? Lack of strength and conditioning?

Apparently Moore is going through a break up. His ex had to confirm it because of all the attention his facebook comments are getting.

Kiffin obviously doesn't know about strength and conditioning.

Otherwise his whole defense and offensive line wouldn't have been hurt.

True, but I think Jac would flourish in the 3-4. He would be a monster.

Thats true and the positive thing about the injuries in the middle is that a lot of guys got some pt. My initial thought when I heard 3-4 was, "oh crap, we barely had 3 to put out there this year".

Outside LB in a 3-4 is basically a fast DE right? I thought it was odd last year when Monte had Martin and Walker in pass coverage. We could run a 3-4 with our athletic DE's at LB and we would only need 2 true LB's. Am I right?
