People making excuses for the kid because he’s a teenager. Old enough for war or prison but don’t criticize him for his immaturity and lack of commitment. No wonder our youth are ignorant, entitled and aren’t held to any standard.
This fiasco has brought negative light to him and especially to the so called leadership around him should be advising him. He obvious needs serious training in critical objective decision-making and probably most that follow recruiting like me (I'm in the middle and not a recruiting junkie) never counted him in the camp even though he was "committed". As a fair observer I wish him well and hope he grows and matures quickly (for the Gators sake he'd better). I don't think its sour grapes to say "phwee I think we dodged the proverbial bullet".
