Curious - Do you prefer Butch or Richt as HC

Many are calling for Butch's head. I for one think he needs another year. What about the rest of you? Richt is getting a lot of heat now. Who would you prefer as your head coach if you had to have one of these?

Richt and it ain't even close. Butch may be good , but we know Richt is and he wins.

I would take Mark Richt in a heartbeat....guy is a class act and runs a nice program.....he might lose a big game or 2 but they have a lot of fun Saturdays down in Georgia while we can't have anything nice at UT

If it's Richt or Butch and you don't pick Richt you are sippin hard on that orange juice. Yea the guy looses a game he should probably win but at least he can make game adjustments and will win 10 games a year. I'd take that over another 7-6 season

Why do threads like this ever start? It's not like this is even a choice Tennessee will ever be in a position to make.

He should have tried to run the ball with Chubb a little more but hey his qb struggled and at least he brought in his second string to try and get something going. Dobbs can go 1-50 and Butch will still keep him in there running the same plays over and over.

His backup threw a pick 6 on his first attempt.

So you applaud adjustments even if they are disastrous?

Yea I would rather see a coach try something to get his offense going than just sit there and do nothing. Would you rather have Butch who goes by his "charts" and blow two 13+ point leads and go 7-6 again?

Don't get me wrong though, UGA is where great talent goes to become mediocre and I'm not pushing for Richt to be our coach but if I have to chose between a coach who has done nothing(but recruit) and a coach who has won the sec east and usually gets 10 wins a season I'll pick the 10 wins
