I haven't forgotten. Still working on some variations of the recipe. We made this one with cutlet's but wound up breaking them up into smaller bite sized portions. I'm going to have about 3 versions of the sauce by the time we are done. Will include all three versions when I put it here. Probably not until next week.

Glendronach 12 is one of my favorite non peaty scotches. Is great neat, and I’m sure it would be good for cocktails.

I see Monkey Shoulder used a lot at cocktail bars.
