I've got 2 chickens on the smoker. Gonna pull the meat, and do chicken tacos and such. I also have 2 racks of ribs, doing one plane cause her dad likes them. The other I'm playing with, cause I have chicken for backup 😆. I coated it with frenchs mustard, and a mix of real syrup and brown sugar. Just reading different things, and kinda put 2 ideas together. They were on sale yesterday, so I figured it's be a good time to try that.
 
I also did this, my first ever attempt at homemade salsa. Little red bowl was kinda practice. It's okay, but too much cilantro, I'm just guessing, hadn't googled anything. The bigger bowl, gotta say, it's pretty good, actually impressed myself 😆. Just a little cilantro, sweet onion, lime juice (fresh squeezed by me), jalapeño, salt, and homegrown tomatoes. My daughter even liked that one.
