Winter is coming.
The long night is coming
They spent the entire show building it …..
And it ended in one episode.
It’s almost like there were 3 seasons left and for some reason they stuffed it all into one season.

Special shout out to Melasandra for turning on the lights.
I never could really follow what was going on down in the whatsit, tunnels/tombs, because it was all so damn murky. At least when they were above ground, I had a fighting chance.

I'm done.

I could pick at it, but I'm not. Overall I loved it.
If they hadn't rushed the ending, it could have been so much better. And the ending was basically crap. I hated how they ended certain characters. They broke my heart with how they ended it. If I ever meet Benioff and Weiss in person, I'm kicking them each in the nuts.

That's an opinion.

I didn't feel the ending was rushed and while I could see it being drug out for a few more seasons, I'm glad it wasn't. That happened with The Blacklist.

Some have to die and I loved the way I was always on the edge of my seat becauseI never knew who was gonna get killed. That was awesome and they couldn't have accomplished that without killing some people I wouldn't have expected them to kill. I thought the ending was excellent.

There was a time I remember thinking they could have added another story within the story, but I don't remember when.

I was annoyed early on with the Ravens knowing exactly where to go and it seemed to only take minutes. But with Dragons and walking dead people I decide why not?

-The mad queen/hells bells should have taken a season
-Brandon Stark “I can’t be Lord of anything “. Also Brandon Stark “why do you think I came all this way”
I guess I was glad it was over because if any of had lasted longer I'd felt like it was being intentionally drug out. They did that with the blacklist and ruined it.

I'm not saying it couldn't have been done, but I'm happy it wasn't.

I just assumed Bran couldn't be Lord of anything because he was the 3 eyed Raven. I don't know. And I too wondered about his comment about that's why he came all that way. I just figured I missed something somewhere.

I doubt the books will end the same way as the show, if Martin ever finishes the books. He needs to get off his ass and finish his story properly.

Also, you're like the only person I've heard of that didn't have a problem with the ending. Is your last name Benioff or Weiss?

This is what I’m saying

I don’t think he’s interested in finishing. It’s kind of strange that he doesn’t want to complete his work. Got rich, quit caring I guess.

HOW characters die matters. I wasn't upset about characters dying. That's one of the things that made the story so great. But up until the final season, HOW characters died made sense. Then they just said, "Eff it. We're gonna end this thing so we can move on to other projects." And all that masterful storytelling and craftsmanship was thrown out the window so they could complete the story and move on. But there was still so much story to tell. The way they killed the twins was just complete BS. And I could go on, but I'll leave it at that.

Errbody mad as hale. Lulz.

I do agree I would have liked to see Cersei and Jamie go differently, but I guess I had the advantage of hearing how bad the ending sucked before I finished the second episode of the first season, so I was unconsciously prepared for the worst and most things aren't as bad as expected.

errbody worries about who is the rightful ruler for the entire show. It’s found out that the rightful ruler is actually Snow and Snow kills the usurper, and would be the guy to keep the kingdoms United but no….he’s on vacation in the north.

The last season just wasn’t consistent with the rest of the show

I was bummed out by the way Ramsay died but that wasn't really the shows fault. Somebody gave me the impression he was gonna get peeled and I was expecting that, and it would have been perfect. So getting his face eaten off by the dogs was disappointing. Lol.

I think that somebody was me, and what I meant was that he was the peeler. The whole Bolton Flayed Man thing, on their banners and all. One of Ramsay Bolton’s preferred means of torture, along with hunting people (young women) with very hungry dogs. (Which was what his death was referring to.)
