Air fryer okra. Just put it in so I don't know yet. I drizzled it with olive oil then dredged it in a breading and wood fired garlic mix and salted it with hickory smoked salt and cracked pepper.

Put it in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 400°. I'm gonna check it at 10.

I can’t tell from the pic - did you slice them in half, or are these whole?

Big fried okra fan here. Need an okra update.
 
I sliced them.
They were done at 12 minutes.

Next time I'll try a lower temp and cook them longer. They got kinda tough, but the flavor was there. It's gonna work.

I ate every one of them BTW. I made a quick sour cream and horseradish sauce to dip them in. Better without it but still good.
