I make it with chopped celery, chopped bell pepper, hard cooked eggs, sweet pickle relish, mayo, Duke’s relish, and paprika. Oh, and broken pecans. Tuna in there somewhere.
I had sliced green grapes in chicken salad once in a cafeteria by surprise (didn’t realize they were there.) I had never heard of it before, but it was great! I think it had walnuts or maybe pecans as well.
