I think it was James Taylor and Carole King Live at the Troubadour that my brother played for me last year. It was fantastic, great music and storytelling.

I am a big Carole King fan also. Tapestry is one of the great albums of the 70s.

Try putting some blue cheese or gorgonzola crumbles on that portabello just as it is, then stick it under the broiler for a few, until the cheese gets a little toasted. Bòón, Nooga.

The answer? The Beatles. The Beatles helped JT record his first album. Despite being with music gods, Taylor was homesick and (with the help of the Beatles) slipped back into drug addiction (“still I’m on the dark side of the moon”).

we usually put some goat cheese on top but wife wanted to try this
