Always forget to mention The Book of Eli as one of my favorites. Ive seen it multiple times but its one I enjoy every time I watch it.

First time I watched it, I was not expecting the book to be the bible. He was a bad dude in that movie.

So last night, I thought we were having lasagna, but I yesterday morning I accidentally got out two packs of beef from the freezer and no sausage. So lasagna was tonight. Will edit this post from phone with pic in a second.

Anyway, so last night we had to do hamburgers because I left us little choice. HA Hamburgers and tots. Put ketchup on the table. Both of the children (5yo and 3yo) ate ketchup on their beef. The adults did not, but we did have ketchup with the tots.

So here's the lasagna. I'm about to pop. She made two, which will feed me until at least Monday. HAHAHA

I thought that second pic below was "picture perfect" lasagna.

Saw Carlos Santana on Mud Island. Most of the concerts I went to in the 70s were at the Ellis Auditorium, Coliseum or Overton Park Shell. Grateful Dead and Blues Traveller sound a lot alike to me and their music doesn’t interest me. Oh yeah, saw BB King at Club Paradise.
