Prepare yourselves for no football this season. By August so many people are gonna be freaking out, even worse than now or before, that "they" won't let it or a bunch other stuff happen.

I think I have about 15 minutes left to finish it. I don't like it but I'm curious now how it ends. I had to cut it off for the night, the cussing was getting to me. I know I've said it before, I don't mind cussing, but I'm not interested in the F word and damn in pretty much every sentence.

Besides that its just an angry movie and it doesn't pull the story together very well. I found myself several times wondering if I missed something. I went back at least twice to see if I did.

All that said, I'm invested enough to wanna see how it ends.

I made some skrimp cocktail yesterday and I cooked more than I needed. Looking around to see what I have in the fridge to see what I can make with them. Think I'm going with a gazpacho ceviche influenced shrimp salad. Here is what's going in it.

16/20 shrimp
Smoked salmon
Cucumder chunks
Avocado chunks
Fresh mozzarella pearls
Sun-dried garlic tomato dices
Red onion
Green onion
Cilantro
Fresh Lime juice
Olive oil
Hickory smoked bacon bits (for texture)
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Fresh ground tri-color peppercorn
Sprinkle of crushed red pepper for excitement

I was gonna use the four strips of bacon I have for a BLT, but this will be perfect. Nice cool snack for later. Might shave some Parmigianino Reggiano to finish it. We'll see.

I had a smoked salmon salad yesterday

Smoked salmon
Lettuce
Spinach
Carrots
Cheese
Chopped bell pepper
Lemon juice
And some ranch
After I had my salad mixed I flaked the salmon on top. I thought I did ok yours sounds better.
