BTW....I didn't mean I thought you were dumb or Charlie was dumb, I just think its dumb to do it. I'd bet he didn't even do it that it was just a "commercialization" type thing. I had a lot if respect for him. He was sued for the same thing Flay was, but the interesting thing, was a bunch of his employees gave the money they won in the settlement back. I remember reading about it in Restaurant Magazine. He also took foie gras off his menu because he just thought it was too inhumane. I became his instant fan then.
