Except for mayo, you are flat out wrong about that.

As I’ve said before, I use it in cooking. My disdain of mayo comes from seeing my dad piling it on every sandwich, when I was growing up. It would be literally oozing out of all sides, every time he took a bite. Grossed me out, and I’m not wrong when it comes to my personal taste.
