Our gym has so much good stuff. We have a sit down bench with free weights. Instead of laying down, you sit and put on free weights instead of the pin. I use that mostly because I don't have anybody to spot me. It can't crush you if your arms give out.
It is, but just gotta push yourself. I like the way I feel better, so that keeps me going. Leg has gotten stronger since I broke it, that helps knowing it pays off.
Yea, eggs Alaskan is a version of Benedict, its Alaskan snow crab meat instead of Canadian bacon and the Hollandaise is more like sauce Newburg. Pfft, its heaven on earth.
