I can yell you he is one of the few that is the real deal and not just a TV personality/chef.

Emeril Lagasse and Giada are two others. Guy Fieri is not the idiot he seems to be, but he's not in the higher level either. I like him and his shows though.

I had a thought last night while reading through the ff, there are just too many posts that I want to comment on and I just didn't feel like being involved in it all. Just too many.

I may just go completely wgaf for tonight until the game tomorrow. If I think I can commit to it for 24 hours, I will.

I him okay, I liked that show he did several years ago and looked him up to see what his background was and if he had any books I could check out.

He's got an impressive background and operates a restaurant, which is huge with me as far as my opinion of "celebrity" chefs.

I was just talking about my opinion of three of the best celebrity chefs in the business and thought I'd comment on another type.

This is what I said about him..

Some of the things said are just stupid. But the biggest thing is more people are getting to where they think you have an agenda and just jump right down your throat on you being wrong. Kinda like topside did just a minute ago. Lol.

The military comparison I get, but its also not the same either because the coaches don't get to spend anywhere near the same kind of time with the players that Military commanders get to spend with their men.

Just making a point, but OMG!!!!! Lulz.

Oh, and Publix didn't have Jalapeño M&M's. I didn't feel like going to Walmart to see if they did.
