Their catfish is decent...both grilled and fried.
Im sure. My brother used to get the Cajun catfish and he always liked it. An ex girlfriend always got the chicken and dumplings and I tasted them, they were acceptable.

I wonder if they'd let you get a grilled/cajun filet and fried filet with the meal? Probably not.

I prefer the flavor of beef, but an argument can't be made for the benefit of lower fat, calories and cholesterol.

The bison, for whatever reason, doesn't make me feel like a lead balloon.

No reason not to like it. I like it too I just prefer nasty greasy ground beef. Mixing it would be the solution. I think the difference in fat content is like 2 grams vs 11 grams. It's a significant difference in fat calories and cholesterol.

I never knew that. You can buy it at Ingles here, like 1lb frozen for around$10. I wish there was an actual market for it here.
 
I prefer a center cut sirloin over every other cut of steak. Come at me.
Nothing wrong with that at all. I'd rather that than tenderloin, but a Bone-in ribeye is THE steak in my opinion. Then a bone-in Sirloin Strip followed by a Porterhouse T-Bone. Black Angus Beef FoR all please.
