Been over 20 years, but Bow season used to start in September and you could kill two doe. Then muzzle loader started the first 2 weeks in November and you could kill 1 doe. Then rifle started on the 3rd Saturday in November and you could only kill a male.

Had some deer test positive for CWD in SW TN last year...and its spreading....definitely changing things as far as hunting in that part of the state....won't be long until it makes its way east.
