That's my favorite Mexican dish. Nothing better than an authentic chimichanga cheese sauce, just like that one right there in that picture, which is about 50% Sour Cream.

Don’t know the @BigOrangeMojo story, what happened?

Went to Te'Kila (same street as My Fave Place). Me and spouse split lunch fajitas.

We then had 36 hour weight loss plan from food poisoning. I lost 5.3 pounds. She lost almost 4.

Knew we should have followed my idea for lunch date: ham sandwich and a nooner

I went there one time shortly after they opened. Went with a friend from out of town. We ordered lunch and they brought the wrong dishes for both of us. Told them that the order was completely wrong so they brought out what we ordered but all of it was cold. Haven’t been back and it’s right across Germantown Pkwy from my subdivision.

Thought the cheese sauce tasted a little weird but it tasted enough like cheese to be ok.
