Interesting to note 3 of Rivals top five are not in this young man's top 5. Including S. Carolina at 19% and GA at 17%. You very seldom see Tennessee in any recruits top 5 according to Rivals.

The Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM) is a calculatory formula that spits out % from visits, insider predictions, proximity to campus, recruiting piepelines, etc. Problem is a lot of teams don't get added to the visit tracker on there, so it's skewed the limited ones they report.
