He took a 3-8 team to 9-4 in one year, and was 11-2 this past year.

He runs a balanced attack, from everything I've seen stats wise. How he got those stats... no idea. I've seen nowhere what kind of scheme he runs... i.e. spread/no-huddle/spread-option/etc

I wouldn't be opposed to him at WR.. I was testing the waters to see how it might be taken if he took 2 position coaches since it seems like the TE is looking to be used more like Witten was in days of old.
