CSI-Cal fan: The Quest for Seth

It is cowardly of the administration to back out of this deal. The future players have NOTHING to do with this. OSU has shown that they are scared of Cal. And scared of Cal they should be! Like I said, I can't really blame them. They were just looking out for their ranking in 2012 is all.

Ohio State will continue to be among the best teams in college football for many, many years to come. Should they have a few down years, that will be a mere anomaly and the Buckeyes will eventually reclaim their former status. Likewise, Cal will soon be returning to their historical norm.

How did tOSU do against their bowl game opp? I forgot, silly memory!:)

Please tell me how a tOSU is scared of a team (Cal 2012) that doesn't even exist yet?

It has more to do with the AD really, and what they are scared of or fear may have a negative impact on their team. Being beat by a dominate Pac team in 2012 will go a long way toward completely solidifying that the Big Ten is no longer an elite conference with elite teams. Their last best hope is Michigan.

As more and more people move west the Pac teams will begin to scoop up the best recruits. Instead of only USC getting them they will be spread out over ten teams. Leaving the other conferences with a drain on talent. There are many reasons OSU backed out of this game, least of which is the fact that their team is on the way out. Tressel is a joke.

Are you guys defending OSU because you hate Cal that much or because you hate me that much? Why are you doing it? It just doesn't look good.

OSU is one of my least favorite teams of all time. That being said, they are a traditional college football powerhouse. Cal is a traditional college football joke. Those traditions don't die easy. Ask any sane human in America who is likely to be better five years from now and 100% will say Ohio State.

So who exactly has Cal been dominating?

Since you can predict the future how will the Vols look in 2012?

By 2012 the Vols will look pretty darn good. Problem is the realities of recruiting are going to change. Players of the future are going to naturally want to head out west. Just like the gold rush of 1849.:)

:eek:hmy: I don't even know what to say. Is there a way for a mod to put this on the front page so we can all laugh upon entering the message board?
