?, Kelly Jr., Wolf, Butch Jones, Medley, Henderson, Brown, Payne, Hurd, Wharton, Helm, ?, ?
That is all the current commitments minus the (2) Juco guys and Paulk correct?
Has anyone noticed Paulks twitter messages of late? Hope it's life and not football.
Where is Creamer ? That is Lee and Booth on the end.
Does this mean we took Booth ?
I hope so. I would guess if he asked to be in the picture, CBJ would not tell him NO. Several people have said Booth was a Vol, it was just a matter of time before he announced it. Hope the rumors that we would not take another WR till Malone did something are not true. Let the kid(Booth) announce he is a Vol if that is the case.
This is our latest commit staring down Ray Lewis http://i.imgur.com/WnADWDr.jpg
I want Malone, and I understand that he wants to enjoy the process. But on the other hand we have a 4* who has made up his mind and is all Vol. 1st come 1st serve if you ask me. :salute:
Malone and Booth play two different positions. One does not take the spot of another. Booth is a slot guy, and even if they were both outside WR, Malone is better than just about anyone outside, so we'd take him any day.
While ideally the outside guys are a bit bigger, it's not always the case. I think DMo did pretty well playing on the outside and he went 5-11-6' 185. With Booth at 6'-6'1 and 200lbs, I could see him playing outside as well.
Not with Harris Croom North Bowles. And from the pic at NFTC, Booth is not 6' unless Hurd is 6'6
I guess we will have to see how Harris, Croom, Bowles, and North progress. Just because a kid is taller, does not mean he locks down the position. Production usually tends to dictate who plays where. Booth is a bit smaller than a lot of outside WRs. He is bigger than a lot of the slot WRs. I say just try him at both and see how it goes.
