Crowd Break Down?

I know it's probably not the correct terminology but the way we have played of late in the SEC the last few years, we do not belong.

No way 55-45 Orange? I was thinking 70-30 orange. 2008 was worse.

you must have been drinking, tonight was the most fans of another school ever in our stadium.

08 does not even compare to tonight.

all i can say is we go to s.c. next week and we need to find a way to get a win.

they got spanked today, so maybe they will be down and maybe some breaks will go our way, the season is not over we can still go to a bowl and win it.

GO VOLS!

ps i do not want to get into tonight's game i am going to try to get off here and get some sleep

I would say 60-40 and congratulations to all of those UT fans who made a profit on their tickets tonight. We do not have dedicated fans because the Bama fans were all around us.

Just got back and there had to be at least 40K bammer fans there. Said total attendance was 102k. It looked bad, but most of them were pretty nice. lol.

you people are high. There were no more than 20-22k bammers there.

You can't sit there and claim that every third person in that stadium was a bammer because it's simply not true.

Games later in the year always have less orange because of coats, etc. It was 75/25 max. A lot of UT fans with black and grey on.

I would say around 30-35k. I was sitting in S-19 seats 1,2,&3 and they were all around us. The bama band drowned out the UT band at times.

Wes Rucker said it was the most he had ever seen from another team in the stadium. He said being generous it was 65/35 UT, probably closer to 60/40.

Dumbest thread of the night. Anyone that was there clearly saw at least 70-80k Tennessee fans. Bama may have had 20,000 which is a lot but let's don't make it out that the place was a sea of Red. Anyone that says so is just plain lying.

Seriously folks, the Bama fans were even in some of the donor parking areas.

Also, I moved sections in the 3rd because UT fans were leaving and other seats were opening up. I had Bama fans all around me in both sections.

As another poster stated, most were nice. Only one was obnoxious - drunk female, early twenties. She kept shouting out that we had to live in the past by celebrating the '97 team because we suck so bad. Kind of pissed me off.

That sucks. They need to give students free tiks hell give 'em drinkin $$ too

Administration is too busy charging students for each ticket on top of the high activity fees. Plus scanning your ID to match the ticket...you cant even give your ticket to another student. Stupidity reigns supreme!!! No wonder students dont want to go.

By the looks on tv it looked like there had to be 50k bammers in the stadium. Who was there that can give us an estimate?

In every section, there were at least 25% Bama fans. Can't blame em. I bet it's fun to have a winning football program.

.... Hey Vols... Hey Vols... Hey Vols...we just whipped the hell out of you Rammer Jammer Yellow Hammer Give 'em Hell Alabama! Hey Vols... Hey Vols... Hey Vols... we just whipped the hell out of you Rammer Jammer Yellow Hammer Give 'em Hell Alabama!

I've lived through that cheer after the heartbreaker in 1990 and '08 was bad enough but tonight was worse because there is no hope right now. Hart fire Dooley asap.

Hey Vols... Hey Vols... Hey Vols...

The saddest 2 things are...

The huge number of bandwagon fans Tennessee has now and that more real fans don't buy up lots more tickets to keep bammers out of Neyland.

The other saddest thing is that so-called Tennessee fans would sell their tickets and let more bammers into Neyland.

I'd rather see Neyland 1/2 empty than to see bammers take over our stadium.

VFL...GBO!!!
