Crompton worst QB in NCAA??

Crompton is horrible. I am overseas and one of our only joys is watching football. He has to be the worst QB we have had in a decade, and I agree with alomost everyone. Phil should let some of our younger QBs start and get that valuable experience for next season. I think you guys can agree that this season is a loss, so I say why not start another guy. I do not think anyone could be worse!!

Well I guess we're even. I get tired of seeing multiple threads about the same thing by people like you who think your opinion deserves it's own real estate.

I have figured out why there are no in-game or halftime adjustments by our players or coaches. It is because they have no idea what is going on while the game is in progress and must wait until the following week to watch the tape.

Can someone please get these guys a TV with Tivo on the sidelines?

“When pressed further about a possible demotion for Crompton, Fulmer fell back on the noncommittal “Tomorrow, and as the week goes on, we will break down film.”

Said Crompton, when asked whether he or snakebit running back Arian Foster was responsible for the fumble that Auburn recovered in the end zone for a 14-6 halftime lead: “I have no clue. I’ve got to watch film to see what happened.”

There was also this from offensive coordinator Dave Clawson: “I don’t want to say anything until I’ve watched the film.”

Who’s the head coach here? Fulmer or Roger Ebert?”

Guys, yes, Crompton has made some mistakes. Some serious mistakes. But he's got as much raw talent and ability as Heath Shuler did. HE JUST DOESN'T HAVE THE COACHING!!! Lay off this 20 year old kid who chose UT because he's a Vol fan, and go after the new QB coach / Offensive Coordinator who's making six figures to give us an advantage to win.

I figured out something as well. You see its not fulmers fault for all these losses. You see he thinks he is in the nfl and will get the top draft pick next year. Someone forgot to tell him this was college football.

If we suited up the camera guys on the sideline, we'd be undefeated right now.

I hope they have those cameras insured!

Maybe, just maybe, the reason they don't make adjustments is because if JC isn't able to grasp what they have drilled in him all week, he's sure as hell not going to be able to make adjustments to his game on the fly. Look in this guys eyes (if you can get him to look you straight in the eyes) and tell me....Is anybody home?

The biggest mystery to me is why he's still in at all. Are the other options that bad?

PLuuuuzzzeeee. Tell me just one instance this year where he's shown any promise. And no....walking back to the bench with his head down doesn't count.

That if he benches Crompton and it blows up in his face, he could say that Jon's ankle was bothering him rly bad and he couldn't play. If it does work, he could say he had to make a change.
