I hope he makes it with one of those because I think with the right QB starting over him to get to learn from watching them could go a long way for him and I feel he definately has the tools to excel but putting them together is the key as meantioned above...I wish him the best!

Norv Turner might be great for Crompton. There's no pressure on him to be the starter in SD either so he could relax and learn. Might be a great fit for him.
