He'd be a good fit to the current Carolina offense as well, he won't be asked to put the game on his shoulders and most of his duties will involve him handing the ball off and manage the game. Outside of that I think he gets drafted sometime after the third round and surprises a lot of people, he's surprised all of us so there isn't any reason why he shouldn't continue to surprise at the next level. Great thing about the NFL is as long as you show well in the combines and get signed you can make your way up through the ranks quickly, no one in the NFL cares about what you did in college so long as you are good when you get there. I hope he gets the chance to extend his career because if anyone in the football world deserves the success he's getting right now it's Jonathan Crompton, thanks for never giving up even if we did.

I hope he goes to Carolina. Us Panther fans will take just about anybody right now. And as of late JC is doing great and Delhomme. . . . Lets just not talk about it

I remember the same thing being said about Chad Pennington and Crompton's arm is stronger than CPs. CP's had a pretty decent run in the NFL if you haven't been paying attention.

This is sarcasm, right?

JC has more than enough arm strength to not only make a team but to be a starter. He also has a good quick delivery.

His problems have always been in his head (confidence). It didn't help that he went through that many OC's, that Cut didn't like him, or that only within the past 4-5 games has he had receivers that acted like they knew what they were doing.... not even mentioning the fact that there aren't any Prices, Meachems, Stallworths, etc on this team or last year's.
