FIRST ON FOX: Law enforcement officials have made more than 1,000 arrests and found dozens of missing children in Memphis, Tennessee, as part of President Donald Trump's crime crackdown in the notoriously violent city, Fox News Digital learned Wednesday.

"From arresting more than 100 gang members to locating more than 70 missing children, our brave federal agents and local authorities are doing incredible work to protect the good people of Memphis," Attorney General Pam Bondi said Wednesday in comment to Fox News Digital. "Tolerating crime is a choice: under President Trump, we refuse to accept the victimization of innocent American citizens and will continue making our cities safe again."

Memphis has long been one of America's most dangerous cities, frequently ranking in the top spot for violent crime and recording 40.6 homicides per 100,000 people in 2024.

The article suggests that the additional LE (Marshals, FBI) is good, but people are wary of the guard, while appreciating the increased safety.

Overall the impression seemed to be that the emphasis on law and order was welcome. The mayor was portrayed as pragmatic:
“They made a decision to bring the National Guard,” Young said in an interview at City Hall. “It’s not what I would have wanted, but the decision was made, and so my goal at that point is to figure out how to make the best of this situation for Memphis.”

If Memphis does get straightened out the corrupt and liberal Judges in the area will allow it to fall back into the cesspool it was.

Man’s Skull Crushed By Angry Group after Midtown car crash​

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Memphis bartender says an angry group of men beat him and crushed his skull after he rear-ended their car on a Midtown street.

The victim, who wanted to remain anonymous, said the car accident happened on October 18 at Idlewild and Union. He said it was raining at the time, and when he got out of his car to exchange insurance information, he was attacked and knocked unconscious.

“They seem pretty mad about it. When they got out of the car, they were yelling at me. I was just dazed and looking at my phone, and there were just like six guys surrounding me, and then one of them hit me, and then I remember going to the ground and then waking up in an ambulance.”


A witness told police she saw at least six males repeatedly punch and kick the man before leaving in a white vehicle.

Woman Accused of Stomping Toddler To Death, Burning Genitals​

MEMPHIS, TN. — A woman is accused of torturing and beating to death a three-year-old boy in her care.

Dominica Mosby, 29, is the girlfriend of the child’s father. She was booked in the Shelby County Jail on Sunday on charges of first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, and aggravated child neglect.

Homicide investigators said she later admitted to putting out a cigarette in the boy’s ear, causing him to urinate on the floor. She said that was when she put a lighter under his penis to burn him.

According to court records, she also admitted to stomping on the child’s stomach with the heel of her boot and hitting the toddler on the torso and chest with a closed and open hand because he would not lie down.

The medical examiner ruled the boy’s death a homicide and said Horton suffered a lacerated liver, bleeding in the abdomen, bruising to his torso, and burns to his ear and penis.
