Creer and Moore

1st post and new to the Vols Nation.

Congradulations on two top recruits. I am now a devoted Vols fan. I have not followed Tennessee much in the past but will catch every game that I can with Creer and Moore on the roster. I coached both of these kids in High school and must tell you both of these kids are exceptional athletes. Creer is without a doubt one of the best running backs I have seen. He will do a great job and is sure to turn heads from the 1st step on the field (mark my words). It will be hard to redshirt such an athlete of this calibur.

Moore is also a speedy and agile receiver and is sure to turn heads. Whether these two redshirt or see the field the first year, the Tennessee football program has a bright future.

I can't wait - Go Vols.

Welcome to the board. Always fun to have HS coaches of the players on here. One of Gerald Jones coaches from Millwood post on here every so often.

Welcome to the VolNation. It's great to have coaches' opinions here. We've enjoyed having Milwood around and I hope that you stick around and post often. I too would be interested in hearing how their summer is going.

I have not talked with them lately. I have since changed schools and see them rarely. They are both good kids and will work hard to be the best they can be.

Wherever Moore plays he will do a fantastic job. He will make a great corner.

I do understand about the negative comments. I have other kids that I have coached on other teams and I visit those forums regularly. Negative comments are ignored. I like to follow the kids that I know. I am honored to have two more kids I know join great football programs.

By the way. I love the "T" on the Helmet. It is very close to the "T" that was on the helmets at Tatum. I guess they (Creer and Moore) were fond of it also.

He will get his first crack at WR, as will Maples, Campbell, Vinson, O'Neal, Jones, and Paige. I expect Maples and Moore to end up as DBs, though, along with Evans, Fleming, Anderson, Berry, Willingham, McKenzie, and maybe Rogan and/or Vereen.
