I was watching this on twitter a few minutes ago. Interesting, at least to me, the comment, "the guys that are coming back that have been here a year have really bought in." What does that mean for the others?

To me that means that they were skeptical at first. What that doesn't tell me is that the new guys won't be bought in. I think the new guys will see that the vets are bought in and they will buy in too. JMO.

Interesting how people interpret things differently. I wondered why he didn't include the group prior to last year. Who knows....probably nothing to the comment.

I didn't see it that way, I took it as him saying the guys that were coming back that have been with HIS program for a year.

CRB does a good job interviewing . I think it would be hard for our guys not to buy into the program with the staff CJP has assembled . Pretty impressive . Also believe Coach Fitz is a huge driving force in keep our guys motivated .

Yes. This. That's what I meant.

Hope CRB is coaching at Tennessee for several more years, but he would make a terrific television analyst. The guy has "verbal hops".

He mentions the new guys. Said that has helped the new guys. they are all from winning programs.

The new guys that were brought in always buy in. They alreay drank the koolade or they would not be here. I think when you bring in a new staff (head coach), do the past recruited player buy in? I think it is a gradual process. I think what Pruit is saying that now after a year in his program all of the players old and new have bought in. It is showing in the weight room.

It means Butchs guys were a bunch of babies and the only guys willing to give their all was his own returning class and maybe a few of butchs....but so few he doesn’t even mention them.

It means you will see a lot of butchs players sitting while watching freshman and sophomores take their jobs until they decide to man up and begin playing hard nosed.

It means we are going to be extremely young and many key spots.

It means butch brought in a bunch of finesse guys who bombed out.
