Thanks

I'll be Orange Pimpin again in Knoxvegas on 10/20 this year. Look for me.

Its one thing to wear school colors among 90,000 of fellow faithful big orange fans. But going into Bamas place with their vitriol towards orange and wearing it proudly knowing we were huge underdogs too. You sir are my hero. Go Vols!

In 1982 me and about 7 other guys piled in the back of a pickup on Friday night and rode ten hours from West Tennessee to see the Army game. Left with five or so minutes go ony to hear John Ward tell us that Army had tied it up. Rode ten hours back home sad and frustated. We all nearly froze to death.

The wife and I made a sign and took it to the Bama @ Vandy game b/c we had free tickets. The sign said,

"I'd Rather Be In Knoxville, Go VOLS!"

Alumni hall had a sale, 50% off everything one year... I spent more than double the amount of anyone else according to the cashier. I was there for almost 3 hours and closed that place down.

I wore orange head to toe, with admittedly less fashion than my new hero to a game in Lexington a few years ago. I got on TV with my banner that said "GEAUX VOLS!" on the front, and then floored it over where it read "SCREW LSU" as we were Atlanta bound.

I used to have access to unlimited amounts of vinyl and may or may not have slapped power T's on every vehicle spring rival flags on gameday's for a period of 7 years... Lol

At 2.5 years old my son was starting Eric Berry chants in Lexington and walking up to everyone wearing blue, pinching his nose saying, "Kentucky stinks"

Car broke down in the outskirts of ATL in 2001 on the way to the SEC Championship... hitchhiked the rest of the way to get to the Georgia Dome and still caught the kickoff!

Hope I get to see those PomPom pants sometime this year :whistling:

I proposed to my wife on the sidelines at Neyland before the Florida game in 2008. We had a UT themed wedding and the inside of my wedding band says " Faith. Family. GBO."

That is over the line. I cant promote violence. If we were a hockey school I would understand.

Punched through the drywall in my rental house immediately following the pick-6 at the end of the '07 SEC championship game.

I always make fun of people that do things in anger during sporting events. Then I did it.

Good news, I learned how to repair drywall.

Got home from Iraq 2 days before the Bama game in 2010. Drove 6 hours to the game and 6 hours back having to be at work for reintegration the next day. (and not supposed to outside of 50 miles)

:salute: (If that's disrespectful, ignore.)

If you're gonna break a rule, make it count. GO VOLS!!

After we came back and beat LSU in 2005 I got the long haired hippy guy (name escapes me) who used to play at O'Charley's on the strip to play "Rock You Like A Hurricane" by the Scorpions. Not very crazy, but kind of mean looking back.

Dad, a friend of his, and I (12 at the time) drove all the way from Murfreesboro to Tempe, AZ in a regular cab truck for the championship game. Nothing will ever top that entire experience

Was on top row west sideline for that game. Coldest I've ever been in Neyland. Thought I was going to die!:cray:

Took LSD at the 1987 Auburn game and sat in the top row of the stadium overlooking the river. When Reggie Cobb took the ball into the end zone with just over a minute left in the game...I thought the stadium was gonna collapse. Not really, but you know what I mean!

We also used to drop things out of the top floor (12th) of North Carrick...my suite mate once dropped a full 2 liter Coke bottle filled with water, and it went through the trunk of a Honda Prelude that had just pulled up intI the loading zone. Never got caught. Whew!

We also dropped a super ball out the same window and it bounced over the building south of the parking lot.

Other things we dropped out that window: paper airplanes, pizza boxes, fire balls of shaving cream, watermelons, water balloons, cottage cheese quart, etc...
