Not so much story of season but last 3 -10 years or so. We are being punished for something but not sure what for. For every positive sending a step forward then we get 2 steps back of disheartening news.

Some good things that have been going on- we finally have some real SEC size on BOTH the offensive and defensive lines.. DT McCullers is somewhere around 370lbs, and DE Sentimore is right under 300. Our d line has shown a lot of improvement over the offseason and look like they're ready to stop the run, and actually put some pressure on qb's. Our starting lb's look to be a strength, and could be among the top in the SEC. A big part of that is due to Lathers being (somewhat) healthy and leading the super talented younger guys. Waggner is back to his more comfortable cb spot, and looks to be tearing it up, along with Coleman. B Moore is starting at safety alongside Randolph.. Good competition at all db spots, with McNeil, Gray, and Bonner looking good as freshmen... And that's just te defense...

E Berry came to practice and matched up with our wr's.. He said Hunter is the real deal and could play in the NFL right now.. CP has gotten a lot of praise, but hes been in a no contact jersey because of a sore shoulder.. I think it's precautionary.. V Dallas was moved bk to wr, and I think he contributes in a big way. C Blanc and Croom r freshmen wr's that r standing out(even though Croom has a hamstring injury, it shouldn't be serious). Neal has locked up the rb spot, with Young a close second. Both have played lights out this offseason.. Big plays every scrimmage. Lane will again get plenty of pt behind them. Watson is an impressive freshman rb that has amazing big play ability, but is inconsistent. Our o line is big and nasty. Our new OL coach is from Carolina and is supposed to be the real deal. Bray has put on weight, and well... Hes Tyler Bray.. Worley has been getting a lot of reps behind him and has looked good.
