Changing longstanding recipes to be Vegan friendly

You can get plant based meat for breakfast but not a pork chop

Rapidly increasing prices to offer cage free eggs and humanely raised meat

Supporting social causes that 90% of their customer base doesnt approve of.

$700 million to improve quality of food would’ve been more well spent. We eat there on occasion since it’s so close and has a pretty diverse menu. That said the food quality has went downhill badly. Sometimes it’s ok but there’s always something that isn’t quite fit to eat. They do a good job on making the menu look good though.
 
Their customer count has crashed, the stock is in the tank and they are pursuing illegal, discriminatory, personnel practices. Their new CEO seems determined to destroy the once iconic venue with rebranding that shuns past success, policies that will have them in court for decades, and a "woke" remodeling scheme that has their redecorated dining rooms looking like the cafeterias in Soviet era bus stations.
Until recently, we went there four or five times a month. No mas, adiós, and we aren't the only ones hereabouts.
And I dumped the stock too.

I am waiting for the shareholder suit. A lot of investors lost a lot of money this week

I think where they went wrong was when they started selling alcohol. That turned off a big chunk of their patrons. They started cutting corners with the food to compensate and it has not worked. Now this change is going to really hurt them. You just don't mess with something that works.
