They can't food line those dinners though. They are from fresh meats and veggies prepped on site. It's a large portion of the menu classics that are suffering greatly in quality. I will likely never get unpissed about the HB casserole. The campfire dinners are
Not sure if its a limited thing or permanent.
And at least not too many years back before most of them passed; those guys had literally killed Nazis in Europe or communists in Korea or Vietnam. They have earned the right to criticize whatever they wish IMHOHey now. Those Hardees guys are legendary heros. Many of the world's issue have been debated and rectified at table 5.
I'll go for the whole milk. Next best thing. But....don't know if those nutrients and enzymes are still present in the Fairlife brand. Flavor is there. Superior fridge life. But, ultra pasteurized for sensitive stomachs. We switched to that and it eliminated my sons stomach complaints. And allowed to continue drinking actual milk and not some strangled nut milk. People swear by goats milk. Brother drinks it. I've just never been able to try it. Though I'm a goat cheese fan, among many other cheeses. Especially the cranberry cheddar. And all this way off topic too.I hated buttermilk as a kid but once my mom convinced me of how good it was for an upset stomach (it really is) i eventually came to love it. Only later did I discover just how many probiotics and active cultures it contained.
Now I drink it for its flavour as much as anything else.
Our company provides the new banquette seating and front of house cash wraps. They claim market studies were indicating they were too dark and needed a updating.
My opinion is the fall off in the quality of CB food even in just the last few years. We don't do CB often, but the last 3 times we have it might as well have been IHOP food. The cult classic hashbrown casserole is anemic in flavor and texture compared to the past. And doesn't even seem fresh anymore. Like they went to pre-prepped and packaged corporate dishes that just get thawed/reheated on the kitchen line. Like Red Lobster or Olive Garden.
Oddly, the Mt. Juliet location was one of maybe a half dozen pilot locations for the update and got really strong customer response and they ran with it.
Make good food fresh, and they will come. Decor is secondary at best.
New remodel and new logo ditches iconic and comforting brand identity for soulless modern corporate banality
