Picked this up at Blockbuster to try for a couple weeks. Man, I'm really digging it. I wasn't thrilled with the demo, but I don't think I gave it enough time. Now that I've been messing around with it, it's really a great game. So much stuff to do.

Seriously, I'd recommend renting this or getting a copy. It's a great game. I've been playing it about 3 hours tonight. Can't wait to get more time in this weekend and get the rocket launcher.

I want to pick it up but it might cut into my GOW time. :)

I don't play a lot online and rarely pull out the headset. But, I suppose that might change sometime. I've got Crackdown set to Friends only if you end up playing it this weekend. I imagine that's all I'll play this weekend. You know, in the 2 or 3 hours I actually find to turn the system on. (wife returns to town tonight)

Rosen, explain to me how the online works in that game. I've heard it's a bit different.

I haven't played online, but here's the idea. When starting your career (maybe each time you get into the game) you select if you want everyone/friends/no one able to join you. So, if I hop on and you're playing, I can join your game. Then, we go off and complete whatever mission you're on, I do the next mission while you do the current one, etc.

I don't believe I get to save what's happened, but you do just like it's your regular game.

So, you can hop around other people's games, or have other people joining and playing around in your game.

I don't know how well it's pulled off, but I haven't seen any big gripes about it yet or anything saying it's a disaster by any means.

You can only play with one other person online? No multiplayer?

No, your world is open to everyone I believe. You can have lots of people in your world helping you out.

Wait, you may be thinking deathmatch, CTF, etc. I don't think they are in it. Just hopping into another person's game and causing mayhem with them. I'll try and look at it more tonight.

I think only 1 person can join your game, to help you with it... I HATED this game for the 1 day I had it, and it will never again poison the inside of my 360.
