CPF helping coach O Line

Great move and job by Coach Fulmer. He has seen all the mistakes, blunders, miscues and general BS from Pruitt and this staff that he can take in on year. I believe that no one out there loves the Vols more than he does. He is trying to get this ship off the rocks and congrats to him. We need him. I bet he realizes that you can't hire a boy to do a man's job.

Just like we shouldn't let a boy post in a grown man's forum.

I have 100% confidence that CPF knows whatever rules apply to his involvement and is functioning well within the NCAA guidelines. That being true, if he can get them to exhibit some resemblance to even his worst O-line that would be humongous improvement.

Folks on here worrying about Fulmer being on the sidelines need their head examined. Everybody is always trying to find a problem with something. The group they have is the group they have. Folks think they can instantly make them better, the LOS takes strength and toughness and it takes time when your players are woefully behind in that area. Our problems at the LOS can be traced back to 5 years ago and probably further. Recruiting smaller lineman in a mans league was a rookie mistake made by the previous coach. The transformation isn't going to happen overnight. We need all the input we can get right now. GBO!!!!!

he's just an ol' Vol O-liner that bleeds orange and happens to have an AD before his name...:D

PS. glad he does too...;)

GO VOLS...BEAT CATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
At this point, it's pretty much all hands on deck. When it takes a count of "one - one thous..." for DL to be in our back field, it's not working.

You really can't be serious with this. At the most, he is adding his expertise to help come up with a solution to an inherited train wreck made worse by unexpected health concerns with two of the original starting five on the OL. Get a grip.

You're correct...and think we all understand this. That being said, we massively regressed this week, compared to a little optimism after SC, so I have no idea how remote competence can't be displayed to beat down a team like CLT. OL not good enough to take anyone for granted. We should have used that game to sharpen the saw on running game, but, we left our saw in the woodshed, where their DL took our OL. We're going to have to be more in the range of SC or Auburn on OL this week to have any sort of chance against KY. That being said, we can win this game if we put together a good game. It would qualify as a really good win...and would be perfect poetic justice where KY is all hyped up even after their loss vs UGA.

Pretty much every AD is on the sidelines. Just so happen ours has a very recognizable face. It’s not like the guy has a Alvarez hold on the program, and if he did we’d probably be a consistent top 25 program like Wisky
