I'm thinking about trying a couple different products. Has anyone tried Vasoflow or NaNo Vapor? Are they any good? I've taken a ton of different supplements and some have helped, others not so much. It's time to try something new, though.

I am currently using BSN Cell Mass, Animal Pak Vitamins and of course lots of protein.

I will use vitamins and protein all the time and cycle on and off with creatine.

I lift 3/4 times a week pretty heavy and the stuff I take seems to work well for me. I try to at minimum get 100 grams of protein a day, usually more.

Look at Bodybuilding.com, they have better prices and specials than any store I've ever looked at. I've gotten my stuff within 2 days every time!

Yeah. I've taken tons of stuff. I try to make sure I get in a gram of protein for every pound I weigh at least. Multivitamins are a must. BCAAs, glutamine, arginine, caffeine, ZMA, beta-ecdysterone, creatine, whey protein, casein protein, tribulus, etc. I just wanna try something new.

Have you tried BSN's NO-Xplode? I used it last spring with CellMass and got some nice gains. Just go easy if you're caffeine-sensitive.

Still, the most effective thing I've found is to eat constantly when you are really lifting hard. Even small snacks like a bar or a nut-based snack mix q 3 hours will keep your body in an anabolic state. I even try to eat right before I go to bed and as soon as I wake up.

That's the truth. I usually drink some protein mixed with milk before I sleep. I'm 6'0 192 lbs but I don't think I eat enough to gain weight. I try to at least get over 2,000 calories with 100 to 150 grams of protein but I know I need more like 3,000 to gain weight. I just can't eat that much.

jeez. all you folks talking about gaining weight, 3000 calorie days etc....you all make me sick.

on the flipside, what i need is a metabolism booster. way back when before ephedrine got whacked, when i first started working out, i used a suppliment that had it in it, one in the morning, and one before my work out (cardio heavy, light, multi rep weights), and i did that for like 6 weeks, cycled off of it for a month, still working out eveyr day, then back on....did that for a year, lost 80 lbs, with the first 50 or so coming off in the first 4 months or so. after that, i started lifting more, built a little more muscle and weight loss leveled off, but the inches came off the waist. went from a 42 to a 36.

anyway, the suppliment i was taking was great. really curbed my appetite, i drank tons of water, and when i worked out, i really got a lot out of it. I know the stuff wound up being considered dangerous, but i never over uesed it and cycled on and off of it like you're supposed to. worked like a champ.

I just started taking a vitamin supplement that helps boost metabolism and give you energy to possibly help me lose weight. I just started it this week and I think it is keeping me up at night as I have not slept very well this week, but the weird thing is, I have not felt exhausted or tired. So its definately giving me energy, but boosting the metabolism, not sure yet.

I usually run 6 days a week and workout 6 days a week. I eat plenty. Drink a ton of water. I'm getting gains. I guess I'm just greedy. O well.

Well, one of those days is all core and cardio. I mix up the cardio too. Sometimes I use HIIT, sometimes I relax a little more. I was drinking like 52 ounces of Gatorade a day and cut it out this week and I've lost like 7 pounds. I hope it's just water weight but who knows what I've lost.

Thats probably part weight, cutting out a caloric drink will do that to you, whether its soda, juice, and in your case gatorade, thats cutting out a ton of calories.

325 calories a day. That is probably where the loss is. I usually lose a pound or two after each workout but gain it back by the next day. Not so much now.
