One bit of info that can be inferred from Seth asking that question (and the response he got) is that either A) Jones knows all about the issue from the fact that it happened, B) the fact that he indeed keeps up with the online chatter of this glorious site (and possibly the other skank filled UT sites), or possibly (but unlikely) that although is neither A or B Jones answered quickly without asking what Seth was talking about.

Is that logical? Serious question, because if it isn't then I would like to know what I am overlooking.

Seth is completely unprofessional in his demeanor and questioning of CBJ. I'm not happy with Jones and his coaching this season either. But, I'm not acting like a butt hurt child about it like Seth and many others on this board have been lately.

I think he said what he meant.

He is an arrogant coach who is petulant with the media. In his first presser as the coach of the Vols he stated that his system is infallible.

Jones was also asked how he could coach better - "I think the first thing is holding players accountable"...... So its really the payers fault..... He can't admit to making any mistakes or miscues and I believe that is very problematic.

I could be wrong, but I think that their butting of heads really kicked off after the Florida game when SS asked him about his chart. Jones said something to the effect of "let me educate you" it what I heard as a condisending manner. Funny thing is that apparently the chart referred to by jones says to go for two which contradicted jones' statement.

I think one thing butch will have to overcome (besides losing football games) is not owning his role in it and if he doesn't want to say "I jacked that one up" then at least create a narrative that is logical.
