I didn't bring it to anyone's attention. I knew about it and was asked not to talk about it back then. I made a reference then. This didn't come out because of any Crowder family. Get that straight.

All players have family and friends outside the program. How many people have spoken with these players since this happened and not a single one ever felt the need to mention a fist fight between the head coach and the starting center? All it would take was one email, text, dm, etc and the media would do the work on their own yet no one felt the need?

HE didn't leak it. Someone else did and since the cat was already out of the bag, he confirmed. He said as much, that he was keeping it quiet as he was asked.

Not sure why your character is being impugned for responding to a thread with what you know. You have no responsibility to share what you know with the board at any time. The fact that you did so now, should not and does not reflect negatively on you.

Again, you're wrong. He didn't break it. He didn't come running to VN with news. He kept his mouth shut and simply confirmed when people started the discussion.

Danny Parker of Inside Tennessee (Scout) confirmed with multiple sources Crowder got into it with an AD employee but not a coach. Danny had some choice words for Crowder in his post.

Maybe his cleats didn't fit?

The whole scenario sounds messed up but the altercation is over the top. Don't like the sound of any of it. More will be revealed, I assume.

Amidst all these rumors I can say one thing that is very true. He has now lost support by a lot of the VFL's now. Arkansas game was a pivotal game. Many watchin from the sideline last night were quite shocked.

Plausible, but what are the chances of a head coach slugging a player at a practice and all 100 people within 50 yards of the incident keep quiet?. The whole thing is crazy either way.
