Right. Having never played football precludes me from having an opinion.

Moron.

No it just means your opinion. Is from your heart not your mind ! If you ever had. To defend a dude that runs like a cougar after a mouse you would understand how hard it is for freshman to accomplish this.

Troy sucks. UT wins by at least 4 TDs. Which is nothing considering Vandy would win by about 3 TDs, Kentucky would beat them by about 2 TDs, etc.

What? Are you using a telegraph to communicate?

0 - everything versus ranked
0 for SEC Rivals (FL, GA, SC, AL, MS St, Arky, LSU)
1 -1 with KY
Superbowl victory after beating Vandy in overtime
"The SEC isn't gonna have UT to kick around anymore
Pick your poison. Dooley needs to go.

With as bad as our defense has played....Troy's offensive stats per game match our defensive stats per game

Troy - Cumulative Season Statistics

This group of Vols damn well better not play down to the competition this week. Under Dooley....anything is always possible...if we eek out a win against them it will be just as bad as a defeat imo.

A "moral loss", eh? I agree!

I expect Tennessee to play well the next couple of weeks.(after that who knows what other distractions we will have) The players looked excited to be playing unlike when we lost to Wyoming. I was at that game and everyone (besides Berry) looked like they wanted to be somewhere else. With this years team it looks like the players want to be there, we just can't close. On a side note....I hope Bray goes to the draft and we give Worley a shot. He seems to be more of a player that will give his ALL for Tennessee and not just want to look good.

Wyoming - Homecoming - 2008 - The loss that marked Fulmer's end

Troy - Homecoming -2012 -???

It should be noted that since 1984, Tennessee is 26-2 on Homecoming, with the only losses coming to #1 Miami in 2002 and Wyoming in 2008.

Troy has an offense that could certainly give us a hard time, but I think the USC game showed that our team hasn't laid down. We need the run game to beat em up a little for the 4th quarter when we can put it away. As far as Troy being Dooley's undoing, I think that decision is already made one way or the other.

Last years Kentucky game was the beginning of the end. Plus I don't think Dooley get fired midseason unless a coach agrees to take the job
