It seems like he should hire assistants with similar philosophies to his and let them do their jobs. If coaches are teaching techniques and Pruitt comes in and undermines the assistant, that damages the assistant's credibility with the players and leads to indecision on both the players and coaches parts.He’s gotten proven winners that have a track record that speak for themselves. The problem is micro management. If he steps off and let’s these guys do their jobs without his strong arming I bet the team shows improvement almost immediately.
The CEO of a company cannot do every job. He has to hire the right people, set the direction and let them execute the plan.
