A couple of UT transfers haven’t found a new home. Wonder if there’s any chance some of them can come back?
Here’s the list as of right now:
Kaleb Beasley
Brian Grant
Emmanuel Okoye
Amari Jefferson
Braylon Harmon
Colin Brazzell
Trevor Duncan
Marcus Goree Jr.
Kellen Lindstrom

Beasley, Okoye and Goree would all be nice to have back, unless Goree is another boo Carter. And it sucks to lose a Brazzell, plus corner is a position of need. And lindstrom could provide depth at edge. Same thing with Grant at offensive tackle. Other guys can kick rocks. I guess my question is are these guys banished from the program or could a couple of em come back?

If they left, they did not want to be here. Don't even think about taking them back. Just asking for future problems.

not true in every case. Some left on their own and some were encouraged to leave.
If they were encourage to leave, that means they were did not have the talent to compete or they had other problems that cause internal unrest. Boo Carter for example. However, the NIL system encourages/allows players to to seek the moon and I do not blame them for them taking advantage of the flawed system. The system can be blamed on many, but the Supreme Court drove the final nail into the coffin.

Most football players at this level want to play and work hard and win no matter where they are. It is fair to at least question a little bit someone's decision making with all of this and to wonder if their heart is really in it for your program. It's at least a fair discussion. Tennessee had a particular defensive player that was considering transferring near the beginning of the season (who's name is not Boo). As the season went on you could really tell in the body language this player wasn't all in and it really hurt his team. The player was a formerly VERY highly rated prospect. It's not the WHOLE story but the transfer talks DID happen early last season.

Beasley...maybe...but that's a HUGE maybe.

IMO...its just like what I've seen in my many years working for multiple companies. When a person wants to leave, even over money, nothing you do will make they happy enough to stay long term.
Sure you may throw a little more money at them and offer the same or more than the other guy, but ultimately they won't stick around.

All of the above were encouraged to look around.

So no.
