Technically yes but you know as well as I that outward appearance isnt the best predictor of health.
Atlanta Journal Constitution 8/4/2018
Chaney also covered a host of other issues, including:
> His noticeable weight loss from a year ago – “I was just way too big, and I had to do some work to get some weight off,” said Chaney, who also said he had neck fusion surgery in July. “Hopefully that will help me coach and do better and serve the university better.”
Good for him, if that's the case. I mean no disrespect to him at all, but at that weight, medical complications are virtually unavoidable without drastic lifestyle, diet, medicinal, and possibly surgical intervention. No idea if he has kept losing or maintained the loss, but he seemed to think that it would be a good idea to shed a few.
By the way, I don't think that this should be a factor in a hiring decision. I just think it's ridiculous to say that obesity to the degree in the picture upthread is merely a cosmetic issue or fat-shaming.
He schooled Bama in the SEC championship. Kirbys fake punt lost them that game.IF this TX--UGA game doesn't convince all of you that we absolutely DO NOT WANT Chaney to be our next OC then I have no hope for any of you.
UGA is playing flat....but Chaney just has NO CLUE about how to use the weapons at his disposal to attack a TX defense who is doing NOTHING to camouflage their coverages or putting 8 men in the box on several downs....Texas D is playing desperate FB because they know they can't match up with UGA's talent on Offense. This is just flat out EXPOSING Chaney for the absolute boob that he is.
He's just darn terrible.
I know he's a bit out of your patients' age rangeGood for him, if that's the case. I mean no disrespect to him at all, but at that weight, medical complications are virtually unavoidable without drastic lifestyle, diet, medicinal, and possibly surgical intervention.
One of my best friends is actually one of the top laproscopic bariatric surgeons in the nation. The transformation of his (and other) surgical patients is often unbelievable. It's a comprehensive program with pre-surgical classes, dietary counseling, etc. Recovery is actually relatively uneventful for most... More of an ongoing change in lifestyle/eating.I know he's a bit out of your patients' age range- do you know the typical amount of time that an adult needs to recuperate from various bariatric surgeries? I was wondering if he feels that he can't take the month or so off. Sure would help the cause along.
Are you even watching the game? There was a dropped perfect pass in the end zone to a kid that was almost wide open (Good playcall poorly executed) along with multiple other dropped passes and fumbles that COULD have led to touchdowns or field goals. Georgia’s players beat themselves tonight don’t put that bad juju on Chaney.IF this TX--UGA game doesn't convince all of you that we absolutely DO NOT WANT Chaney to be our next OC then I have no hope for any of you.
