Okay this may be a stupid question, but is Miller expected to be on campus in two days possibly for bowl practice? Or is he meaning something that I just can't think of?

ESPN and the NY Times needs to put down the Hatorade and chill out.

If the NCAA even slightly punishes UT for anything involving f'n hostesses, they need to invoke that same punishment on every single school in the nation. I guarantee it happens everywhere.

If Reggie Bush can get paid and USC not get in trouble, our recruits can get laid and not get in trouble! OOH! giggity giggity.

You know when you're first learning a foreign language and you have to read slowly and think about the meaning of each word? That's how I am, when I'm trying to read these guys' facebook and twitter updates sometimes.

But once I figure out what he's saying...I realize Corey Miller = the man!

I'm not gonna lie, but I was going to post this thread about Corey's status, but I was afraid it would qualify as a NCAA violation. Am I too paranoid???

Now, I'm very excited too regarding his status too. Corey has 2 days of school left, then he has practice for the "Shrine Bowl" which will be Dec. 19th. I think it's a rivalry between N.C. and S.C? We'll be cheering for you Corey!!!:3cheers:

Because of the timing and the pretty obvious (IMO) targeting by the NCAA -- right after coaches leave, right when the contact period begins -- something tells me that the NCAA isn't going to want to come away from this empty-handed. (which is EXACTLY what should happen.)

I anticipate at least a secondary violation invented somewhere and at most even the loss of a couple of scholarships and being banned from talking to a couple of recruits for a period. That's worst-case scenario. No chance in hell of probation here so breathe easy.

I just had to find somewhere to post that. :) As for Corey's comments. DAMN, I can't wait for this kid and his bros Jac and Brandon to be Vols. But I like his dad almost as much as I like Corey. Check this out if you haven't:

When asked if UT head coach Lane Kiffin may have been targeted by rival schools for some of his brash, public comments, Miller said, "Let me tell you something. I met Lane Kiffin. Now, everybody has different personalities. Because his personality is different doesn't make him wrong. I like him. I like him a lot. Football is a man's sport. He's a fiery coach and I like that."

As Volnation we should go to The Shrine Bowl and hold up signs for Corey and Brandon....Mine will say Hey Marcus, you scared of a BB!!Go Vols!!

Marcus is gonna have to answer for throwing his teammates under the bus like that, and telling lies! Wherever he ends up, I hope it's an SEC school, because I cannot wait to see what this defense does to make an example of him!

This sign seems to be the major point of contention and I contend that it didn't exist. Marcus may have elaborated a little or got carried away or thought he saw something he didn't. I wouldn't down him a whole lot though. The kid has friends coming here. He wouldn't intentionally throw us under the bus.
