my problem isn't facebook as much as it is the new techno-grammar and jargon that goes with it. I'm not a grammar nazi by any means, I just can't remember all the stinking shortcuts.

Your assumption that I have no personal knowledge of Corey and that somehow that should prohibit one from any kind of contact.

The people who brandish the term "facebook stalkers" are the ones who are ridiculous. Somehow to look at your own, personal news feed and see public statuses is "creepy," but to come to public forums and read people's thoughts is completely fine. They're both public forums.

You assume people here care who you have a crush on and how you approach them. Most realize there are different methods (e.g., bars, church, dating sites, facebook, etc.) and that you should use whatever works for you.

Nope. I just found it funny how much you were reading into my question.

Seriously though; why did you friend request him and have you friend requested other recruits? As far as I know, he had to accept it so he must not have had a problem with it. If he did not, then neither do I.

The first sentence was the answer to your question. The second part was a broader statement to the "facebook stalking" crew we have amongst us.

I've only seen the guy from across the room, but no, I've never met him. I befriended him just because I wanted to see his and everyone else's reaction to Kiffin's departure. Just to see how the recruits and players were taking the whole situation.
