We played the game without Hunter. Thats the big difference. None of this "We got outcoached" bull ****. Calm down. It sucks to lose to Florida once again sure, but he'll be back before UGA. And I promise, UGA fans will feel 100 times worse than we feel today.

Wrong.Dude we got beat in every aspect of the game. Even if Hunter had played it wouldn't have changed the outcome.

Let me get this off my chest, please: Son of a * * * * *! Sh* *! Next year, I want a Gator sent to the hospital! Okay; I am fine (not really) now. Let's have perspective, homesweetTN.

wrong dude. Hunter being out took away the big play threat and the even coverage between him and rogers. with him we convert more 3rd downs and make bigger plays. love z rogers effort but he just doesnt have the hands. the defense knew that D Rogers couldn't beat them himself so they dialed up the blitz's thats what happened, it all stemed from Hunter being injured.

How does the loss of Hunter explain all those missed tackles, the blocked punt, and the busted coverage on Rainey?

We would of simply out scored them. Duh. Wow this post wasn't worth removing you from my ignore list.

Missed tackles and pressure on our boy Bray killed us. We looked soft and slow. I so badly wanted to gut FL and that hog that they call an offensive coor. But baby, I love my Vols and can't wait until our next game. Go Vols!!!

missed tackles were the difference in this game. There were definitely some coaching gaffes (2 pt conversion, running the ball too much in the first, etc)

For god sakes we need a kicker who can hit a 40 yarder

You may be homeless rite now if you was to bet your house on that game if hunter stayed in the game. The D, wasnt fast enough to stop Rainey. Our Center couldnt snap the ball, had several big drops, couldnt run the ball, we looked like a YOUNG team. We are YOUNG. Its gonna happen. Let this team get some age on them, and be in some battles this year with other SEC teams, and we should be good for next year. Alot of people forget that TN plays ALOT of TRUE FRESHMAN.

For one I think our drives would be longer like the first one when we missed the field goal and the D would have been on the side line resting!!

On the same token... if Rainey went out with an injury Florida loses.

Teams need their best players to win.

giving bray more time would have helped alot also!! I do see an upset coming this year....LSU???

Bray had plenty of time till late. I think we should have gone no huddle with 3-4 receivers and throw it every play. Floridas D is young, those guys are gonna be tough next year.

LSU is going to be a tough one...that D is nasty

We'll always have missed tackles, its a tradition. We're going to need to Outscore a lot of people, and having Hunter makes that a whole lot easier. If we had Hunter, he wouldn't of dropped so many passed Zach Rogers did, other guys would of been open. Its pretty obvious.

Take your lumps like a man, learn from it, grow and improve.

This team fought hard until the end.

Anybody that thought we would be going 14-0 this year is seriously delusional.

If you want the "ups" but can't handle the "downs"..... get the F off the wagon.

GO VOLS!!!

because having hunter would have added more of a spark to the offense, longer drives = more time consumed obviously, and the florida offense would have been on the sidelines watching. duh!

We're still a badass young team. Just a bump. We'll learn from it and make us stronger.

while i agree we're a young team and we played young, it's frustrating because florida is a young team as well. In fact they start 2 more freshman than we do

Imagine how many pass interference calls there would have been with Hunter in the game. I am proud of our team for not quitting.

Seems to me, Florida is every bit as "young" as we are.

How much did you bet before the game started?

I didn't bet, I was confident we were going to win. But damn, we're so unlucky. Our best player going down first drive in the UF game? What are the odds?

Odds are slim; hopefully we can overcome it this season. The punt block was huge in the loss IMO.
