Just wanted to say, the Chick Fil A game was the first game I've ever sat in an opposing fan base's section, A.K.A in the NCSU section. They were great people, more passionate than I expected (even though I live in Raleigh and go to NCSU games on a regular basis). The most funny thing for me the whole night was how the NCSU fans couldn't stop mouthing to Rocky Top when it was playing late in the 4th quarter. I took the time to look around, and there were 10 or 20 people within 3 rows of me mouthing along with it with their head hung. It just made me happy that this song got to those fans so much that they unconsciously knew it and sang with it.

Anyway, was a great experience, and a great win! GBO VFL!!! :loco::rock:

In terms of bro stories, that one is indeed cool.

I actually did see 2 different NCST fans singing along to Rocky Top while waiting in a concession line (also a cool story....bro).

I was stilling in my truck and the NEX(Navy Exchange) blasting Rocky Top when a warrant officer walked past. He stopped looked at me and started walking towards my truck. I thought he was going to yell at me for having my music to loud. We he gets to my window and says " Good song, Think the Vols are ready?" I said yes sir. I watched him walk to his tuck and as he drove away I saw that in his back window was a large Power T and "Go Big Orange"

I bet there are fans who know more words to Rocky Top than to their own fight song!

that was a cool story. let me tell you what happened to me on Sunday. I was at Walmart and my wife called me to get another item. Of course my phone's ring tone is Rocky Top. Always being surrounded by BAMA fans since i live here in Alabama, my phone started ringing and of course I always let it ring at least 3 times ( the Bama people love it ) and this little kid about 5 years old dresssed in an alabama jersey, says really loud. " Hey dad listen thats rocky top" The dad just grunted . I loved it.

GO VOLS and IT's great to be a TEnnessee Vol :clapping:
