The Japanese wardrobe generally consists of Western-style clothing and only during special occasions is traditional dress worn. Traditional clothing would be: a robe with long sleeves that is wrapped with a sash and can be designed with a number of styles.
The main diet in Japan consists of rice, seafood, vegetables, fruit, and pork all in small portions. Noodles are considered a good snack and they do not have dessert with their meals. Tea and beer are the common beverages during most meals. Three meals per day is the standard with dinner being the most important which is served between 6-8 p.m. American fast food restaurants are also becoming popular with the youth in Japan.
