I could see him firing him 2018 since we will still have a lot of talent.

Yea, it's sad. I saw the writing on the wall with Dooley two years before it happened. Fans were in denial for too long with him and they will repeat their mistakes with butch.

Herman does not rucruit out side houston that well. Most of his players come from home.

Butch will be here until atleast 2018 unless hit by scandal or 4-8 deason. He will finish this year and next before they would even consider it.

If Butch would just scrap this offense and hire new offensive coaches and run a pro offense he could be successful. He can be the CEO/Manager/Recruiter but he needs to let his coaches teach the football.
